By booking with All Star K9, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

You will receive an invoice at the end of each month, and payment will be due within 72hours of receipt of invoice.

If you wish to cancel your dog(s) next walk, please do so at least 48hours prior to the scheduled walk to avoid being charged. Walks cancelled 24-48hours prior may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any walks cancelled with less than 24hours notice may be charged at full price.

Cancellations made due to injury or illness of your dog(s) will be charged at All Star K9’s discretion.

If you wish to change your dogs regular walking schedule (either day or time) this must be agreed with at least 1 weeks’ notice.

If you wish to cancel all your dog(s) regular walks with All Star K9 a 4 weeks’ notice will be required.
